Hallo zusammen,

Ich bin Ciprian, ich bin aus Rumanien. Ich spreche nicht so gut Deutsch, so ich versuche auch in English schreiben .

Ich habe ein Opel Rekord P2, 1962, in mein Land gesehen und es war "love at first sight"... Aber ich weiss es kostet viel fuer Restaurierung...Ich bin nicht reich, aber ein altes Auto zu haben, es war meinen Traum. So, die Idee ist: kaufe ich dieses Auto? Ich weiss nicht wo finde ich Ersatzteile...? In meinen Land, es gibt kein Klub fuer dieses Auto. Ich kenne keine Personen mit Rekord P2 and es ist sehr komplieziert eine Restaurieren zu machen...

welcome to the Rekord-P2-Forum and good luck to your project. It will be hard work and will take a long time, because you are so far away from Germany. But I hold my thumps - when you're in love you can't choose what your heart is willing...

It seems, you will have a lot of hard work, to restore that Lady. The wanted spare parts may be available at ebay.de or ebay-Kleinanzeigen. Some board users may sell their parts in this board.

btw: the car looks good on first sight. Except the windshield are the most parts, where they belong to.
